Creative Time for Me Friday Tip of the Day!!

Its Friday!!!
and this is a picture of me and my husband taking it easy after a long WEEK.
I'm the one with the patch over my eye!

He is tired from waiting hand and foot on me and I am busy working and
opening up a second store (totally different than the one I run now) and lets just say I am
totally wiped out mentally mostly from everything I need to get done!

And time for another Guest Spot for me and Tip of the day.
Emma is away at the Hospital with her son so please have her family in your
thoughts and prayers so that her little man will get well fast.

I wanted to do a little tag and card to show her I was thinking about her. We all know how
she loves her starbucks so I am hoping someone is bringing her
some at the hospital. So I used her Stamps sets:

Tag dies

I loved how this little tag turned out. And in honor of Emma I made a little
cup of coffee just for her!

WOW that is alot of product in one small tag huh! I love these shades. I used Kraft for the base
and just some scraps in a dark brown and a cream colored I believe these are both from Recollections.

I just used some sheer ribbon and a cream colored button and some jute.
I used the coffee cup stamp & sleeve from "You are Perk-fect" and did what I
HATE to do because I don't seem to see well enough but I paper pieced girls! I have a
cute little chef I am working on for another project and lets just say it was challenging for me to
do that.

I hope you like this tag as much as I do.

Next project I made a "Waterfall card" I guess I live under a rock and of course i have only been scrapping
for about two years now so I believe it or not do not know everything....that is out there! :)
I know I am quite the fountain of knowlege but this of course comes to me as a shock too
that I did not know what this was. I love these chocolate tones. I was planning on printing
some papers on my imagine from the "vintage papers" but guess what....I have to
send my imagine back :( This has been a good machine and I hated
to have to send it back but as you all may remember I have had problems for past few months
but provocraft was really good to me because it actually is a little past warranty but since
it was documented that I had called before they are still replacing it.

This "I love crafting caffeine & Chocolate" is embossed.
Its really is hard to get a picture of a waterfall card!

The brads I used I am in love with and have been hoarding saving
for the right moment! They are from BoBunny "Ectera" collection.

Now I can't take credit for this idea but listen i can be a brainiac all the time....a girl has
to take a break once in a while (Insert hysterical laughter know you are laughing
at the fact that I just called myself a brainiac)
"Make your own stamp cleaner"
8 oz spritzer bottle
2 Tablespoons of liquid glycerin (found at any pharmacy/drug store)
1 Tablespoon of baby shampoo
Distilled water
Now you can use a tupperware container, or better yet a baby wipes container with the
lid and go to hardware store and get those "paint trimmer" pads and use it in the bottom
of the container for the scrubber.
I will try next time to come up with something real unique. I scour the internet
trying to always bring something that would really help you all or organizational
But even Martha probably has an off day! But she probably has pretty good days surrounding
by all that Martha stuff she has and her craft furniture....please don't get me started.

And since Miss Emma is always so generous and caring I wanted to
do a giveaway for all you loyal followers of her blog & products. I
just got in the new line from "Carta Bella" called "beautiful Moments"

If you please leave a comment on Emma's blog as well as
my blog Bugjuiced I will use good ole to pick a winner of
a 6x6 paper pad and maybe a surprise.
You will have until Friday July 6 and I will announce the winner on July 7th.

Momenta Layout

Well, if you know me you know I struggle with layouts but I am forcing myself to keep doing them because one day I hope I will actually be good at it! But its going to take ALOT of practice. I got a bunch of the cutest stickers from Momenta and even though I didn't get the papers I had ordered to go with some of the stickers I made due with what I had and still had the wonderful paper from Paper pack "Family outings" this is one of my favs and then I used some from the Pyramid paper stack "Vacation" the stickers are the clear layered stickers.

They are so cute sometimes I just want to hoard them like I do so many things and just look at them in the package! Here is the layout I did. I love film strips for some reason and I just hand drew some little stick figures and cut some momenta paper out for their outfits. Hope you all think I did ok for not doing many layouts! I am planning on another mini album and still plan to do another blog planner that I can give step by step instructions or a video for but I just haven't had time!

I am really busy after eating a large lunch with my father and my wonderful husband. Just taking it easy! That steak really did a number on us!

Ok seriously here is my layout! :)

Beach Time with Momenta

I did a quick layout using Momenta papers from the VacationPyramid Pack and Family Outings (my fav).
These stickers are so cute! They are the clear layered and have lots of dimension which I love.

Blog Planner for Jessica

Here is some pics of the blog planner I did for Jessica.
I was so happy with the way it turned out! All of my papers was printed on my imagine using the Imagine More Cartridge. Chickens were from Animal Kingdom cart. I loved the colors so much. I didn't
realize how much fun I was going to have making this "Chicken" book!!!

I used a 7 Gypsies stamp set to stamp this on. I loved the sayings on those stamps
but the quality of the stamps was terrible.

The back cover and the chicken butt!

Calendar Sheets, I made my own tear off pad with "Rubber Cement"
I will have another post about that.

Weekly Blog Sheet (I have other variations)

If you need files to make your own feel free to email me at

Here is a really, really bad video but at least you can see the way the book works. I don't do videos and want to start so I did this to practice but decided to go ahead and put it up so that at least you could see the way the book works!

Now remember I DON"T do videos and maybe next one will be better. (geesh I hate the way my voice sounds! not to mention those hunks of playdoh fingers I got there) I was trying to be quiet in my room so I don't sound like I usually do but in other videos I have played around making I still sound wierd!
